Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Engineer Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for combining technical expertise with strong business acumen to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful sales and business development in the relevant industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Engineering:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose technical solutions to meet those needs.

    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our solutions.

    • Provide technical support during the sales process, including answering technical queries and addressing customer concerns.

    • Prepare and deliver accurate and persuasive technical proposals and documentation.

    • Work closely with the product development team to provide customer feedback and contribute to product improvement

  2. Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
